I have made the wrong order, can I cancel or amend after I have made payment?

Yes, you have 12 hours to contact us at hello@wildflower-store.com with a change or cancellation. If we receive your request after 12 hours we will try our best to amend however, this will not be possible if the order has already been processed.  

If you wish to cancel the order after it has been processed we will refund you the money minus 15% to cover our processing charges. 

With the Set Pieces and Bikinis can I order two different sizes for the top and bottom?

Women come in all different shapes and sizes! So most definitely yes, you can order two different sizes for the top and bottom. When you are at checkout please specify the size for each, and we will process the order accordingly.  

Why have I received multiple tracking numbers?

Our pieces are often shipped out from different warehouses globally depending on availability and your delivery address. We do this to ensure that you will receive your goods in the quickest time possible. 

DELIVERY

How long does delivery usually take?

Please refer to our "Shipping and Delivery Times" page to find the standard delivery times to your region.   

*Update* 

As a result of COVID-19 and the impact on our global courier and shipping partners we are aware that delivery may take up to 20 days in addition to the times quoted. Keeping our staff and customers safe is our biggest priority which may also make delivery times a little longer than usual.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your patience during this period.  

My deliver is taking longer than expected, what should I do?

Please track your delivery in the "Track My Delivery" tab using your:

Email address/phone number and Order Number 

or 

Tracking Number

Alternatively, you can use the "Contact Us" form or email us directly at hello@wildflower-store.com for any delivery queries. 

Rest assured though, the package is on its way to you!

No information is coming up when I try to track my order. What should I do?

Please don't panic! It can take up to 5 days for our shipping and courier partners to update your tracking number. Please wait a few days and try again otherwise, please email us at hello@wildflower-store.com and we will be happy to assist. 

I have only received part of my order, what should I do?

Our pieces are often shipped out from different warehouses globally depending on availability and delivery location. We do this to ensure that you will receive your goods in the quickest time possible. If you have only received part of your order it may because the other part is being delivered separately. 

If you have been given another tracking number please track your order in the "Track My Order" tab. Alternatively, you can use the "Contact Us" form or email us directly at hello@wildflower-store.com

RETURNS

The goods that have arrived are not what I ordered or faulty. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or faulty item. We always endeavor to deliver to you the best quality goods possible. However, sometimes mistakes are made, after all we are only human!

So that we can make this right, please contact us at hello@wildflower-store.com within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, item name and description, photo and reason for return. 

We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect or faulty pieces. Once the item has been received and fully inspected we will inform you of whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. 

Please note that return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.

The item that I have received is different from expected, can I return the item?

Unfortunately, only items which are not what you ordered or faulty or can be exchanged or refunded. 

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully and bear in mind that photos may slightly differ from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

As our sizing may differ from other retailers please refer closely to our Fit and Size Chart. We give all garments a 1 - 3 cm margin due to the handcrafting of our pieces. If you would like to change the size of your order you can contact us up to 12 hours after purchase to amend.
